Nourishment
Care begins with how you’re nourished—physically, emotionally, and energetically. I support you in honoring your body’s needs with gentle guidance around food, hydration, and the deeper kind of nourishment that helps you feel grounded, supported, and sustained throughout your journey.
Lactation Support
Ilana is a trained lactation counselor and offers breastfeeding guidance during the postpartum period as well as preparation before baby arrives.
Mindfulness
Birth and postpartum can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to move through it disconnected. I offer simple, accessible mindfulness practices—like breathwork, grounding, and presence—to help you stay centered, reduce anxiety, and connect more deeply with your body and your baby.
Rest
Rest is powerful, necessary, and often overlooked. I help you prioritize true rest—physically and mentally—so your body can recover, your mind can settle, and you can move through this season with more ease and resilience.
Self-Care
Self-care isn’t a luxury—it’s essential. Together, we create space for you to slow down, listen inward, and care for yourself in ways that feel realistic and restorative. You deserve to be supported just as much as the life you’re bringing into the world.
Birth Planning
Together we will build a birth plan that allows you to envision the birth you desire. Birth plans allow your care team to be on the same page and allows the birthing person to take control of their birthing space.
Childbirth Education
Knowing what to expect and the changes your body is going through at every stage can ease any worries and make for a smoother birthing experience. Ilana is happy to guide you through the process and inform you on all the wonders of childbirth.
Birth Support
The "thing" that doulas do best. We provide continuous birth support from the moment you tell us you think labor has begun to the golden hour, your doula will be there for you emotionally and physically judgment free!
Perinatal Resources and Groups
Whether it's a specific groups like breastfeeding support, or general groups like mom walks and circles, I'm happy to connect you with amazing groups that grow your community and support system
Insurance
I accept various forms of insurance and believe perinatal support should be accessible to all. Please, if money is a barrier reach out to me.
Nourishment
It can be confusing knowing what to eat during pregnancy and postpartum. Ilana is happy to cook alongside you or with you to prepare your body for during this transformational period.
Warm homemade meals are the way to health and recovery!
Belly Binding
It's like a warm hug after you give birth. This traditional practice is less about the "snap back" and more about the "coming into" of your new body after giving life.
